How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss service suitability and, where appropriate, take steps towards arranging an appointment at your request. We may retain relevant correspondence to manage the enquiry and follow up on agreed arrangements.

Service providers and retention

Business email is provided through Microsoft 365. Our website hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. We do not sell enquiry information.

We keep correspondence only for as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting service and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us if you would like to know how long we keep information relating to your enquiry or appointment.

Cookies and analytics

This website’s own code does not set cookies, use advertising trackers or store information in your browser. It does not load third-party analytics. No cookie consent banner is needed for these features in the current site.

A private preview’s hosting platform may have its own sign-in and privacy arrangements. Any future booking provider, analytics or embedded services will be reviewed, and this notice updated before they are introduced.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us to ask about your personal information or request access, correction or deletion. Other rights may apply depending on the circumstances, including restriction, objection and data portability. We’ll explain any limits that apply to your request.
